About The Skills Emporium
Established in 1997,
in Binghamton, NY, The Skills Emporium has career counseling and
training professionals who's related degrees and experience bring
exceptional service to you (our client). Founder Bill Fenson is past
president of the National Employment Counseling Association
(www.employmentcounseling.org). He has presented at industry
conferences sponsored by organizations such as the American Counseling
Association Annual World Conference, the Mid-Atlantic Networking for
Career Development Association, Careers Across America Conference, the
Society of Women Engineers Conference. He has earned a Master of
Science degree in Career and Human Resource Development. Author of
several articles, he has partnered with Sharon Hill to write
Implementing and Managing Telework: A Guide for Those Who Make It
Happen, Greenwood Publishing Group, December 2003. Currently providing
services within a private career services office. He is certified in
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Clark-Wilson 360 Degree Assessment,
Harrison Inner View, and Global Career Development Facilitation (train
the trainer). MBTI is an assessment tool that he has used often and has
engaging presentations that relate to the profile results.
